Paul Wilkinson will outline how Web 2.0 is changing the way in which we communicate with our customers and other stakeholders.
Blogs, wikis, Twitter and other web tools augment conventional marketing communications and offer new opportunities to build online relationships. Paul will share his practical experiences in applying these technologies, describing how firms have tackled the all-important people and process issues involved with implementing new communication techniques, and giving advice about the best ways to start adopting Web 2.0 approaches.
The event may even feature some live online participation.
