Isobel Rae started to supply locally-grown plants from her garage in 2004 under her 'plants4presents' brand.
Success drove her and husband Alan to literally grow their own when they purchased 100,000 square feet of glasshouse space in September 2006.
Diversification into supplying local shops with organic salad and vegetables has maintained momentum - even in today's economic climate.
