The Croner Rewards Survey was conducted during May and June this year and benchmarks marketing salaries and benefits for all grades, by region, sector and turnover in the UK. Comparisons are made against other professions - finance, IT or HR. Bonuses are interrogated, as are differences between gender and in-house versus agency.
