Description

How does marketing in the accountancy and legal sector differ from consumer marketing?

This talk will highlight the key differences between business-to-business and consumer marketing. Our speaker, who has worked in both environments and now runs a marketing consultancy for professional services firms, will identify some key tools on how to get closer to clients and ultimately win more business from them. Specifically he will look at how to utilise client relationship management and key account programs and how to add value to your clients.

Speaker: Bernard Savage is one of the UK's leading marketing and business development experts. Following a successful career in house with Procter & Gamble, Shell and law firm Eversheds, Bernard founded Size 10 and a half Boots, a marketing consultancy specialising in delivering growth objectives to professional service firms.
