Maintaining good relations with your customers is fundamental to every business, large, small or micro. In the digital age, how do we maintain that customer relationship? Face-to-face meetings remain of fundamental importance but for most companies the relationship between the company and the customer will be delivered digitally. This provides new and exciting possibilities: 'communication' becomes 'conversation'; customers become a source of new ideas and share in the process of value creation.
In this half-day conference we'll look at practical steps you can take to develop conversations and build your business including social media, digital marketing and not forgetting 'traditional' marketing communications.
