The better the experience the more productive and amenable people are - true or false? A motivated team will inspire customers to buy more - true or false? The main area for 'The experience' event will be an interactive panel discussion that will continue throughout the event. Panel members will change and the audience will evolve and revolve - this is an ambitious presentation lead by Carl Lyon from The QoE. Carl will take the panel through a variety of discussions around people experiences and the value or not that this brings to any business. At the same time there will be two other presentations around the student experience - what do students need to know now to get a job - who can help them and how, plus the female experience - lead by Lynne Copp discussing modelling excellence for women in leadership - not to be missed by anyone interesting in marketing as an experience not just an activity.

Carl Lyon, managing director, The QoE (The Quality of Experience). Over the last ten years Carl has been working with senior executives from large organisations exploring all aspects of customer and people experience. In the process he has acquired unique insight and knowledge that continues to grow as it's used to assist others in the understanding of, and driving improvement in customer experience.
Carl has the primary role of developing The QoE's approach to developing customer experience. His communication skills, particularly in listening and questioning, are key to The QoE.

Lynne Copp - managing director of The Work Life Company. Lynne is a highly acclaimed public speaker and presenter.
