Understanding the people experience at every level of business
Windsor St Leonard's Mansion
Professor Malcolm McDonald MA (Oxon) MSc PhD D.Litt FCIM FRSA, until recently professor of marketing and deputy director, Cranfield University School of Management, with special responsibility for e-business, and is now an emeritus professor at the University as well as being an honorary professor at Warwick Business School will open and host the event and be available for book signings.
The better the experience the more productive and amenable people are - true or false? A motivated team will inspire customers to buy more - true or false? The main area for 'The experience' event will be an interactive panel discussion that will continue throughout the event. Panel members will change and the audience will evolve and revolve - this is an ambitious presentation lead by Carl Lyon from The QoE. Carl will take the panel through a variety of discussions around people experiences and the value or not that this brings to any business. At the same time there will be two other presentations around the student experience - what do students need to know now to get a job - who can help them and how, plus the female experience - lead by Lynne Copp discussing modelling excellence for women in leadership - not to be missed by anyone interesting in marketing as an experience not just an activity.
