Where is the careers section?
This can be found by going to www.cim.co.uk, clicking on Professional Development and selecting Careers from the dropdown menu.
CIM Direct
I have ordered from CIM Direct (Bookshop). How long will it take for delivery?
Delivery times will depend on the method of postage selected. These are: * Standard First Class Postage which normally takes 3-5 working days. * Courier which is delivered within 48 hours.
I have purchased a download from the site, where is it located to access after purchase?
All purchased downloadable items from CIM are located within My Orders, View order history.
What is a Study Pack?
A study pack is a bundle of study materials, available for all modules at Professional Certificate, Professional Diploma and Professional Postgraduate Diploma levels. It includes the Official CIM Coursebook for the subject, the top essential core text for the subject, and the revision cards for the subject. The study pack price also includes a 15% discount. Study packs can only be ordered by telephone at the moment. To order please call +44 (0)1628 427427
When I place an order through Worldpay on www.cim.co.uk how does this appear on my credit card statement?
The entry will appear on your statement as either WP The Chartered Institute of Marketing or WP CIM Holdings Ltd with the amount taken for your order.
Who do I contact if I have a query with an order?

'WP' has appeared on my credit card statement next to my CIM book order. What does this mean?
'WP' stands for WorldPay. CIM has chosen this company as its online payment service provider (for Internet orders only). For details on WorldPay please visit www.worldpay.com.

How do I change my login details online?
Once you are logged in to My CIM, click on 'My details'. Here you will be able to change your personal details. On completion press confirm.
How do I find out about events?

I need Adobe Acrobat Reader, where do I find this?
You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free by visiting www.adobe.com.
What is the IBT?
IBT stands for International Board of Trustees, there are 12 members who guide the startegic direction of CIM.

What methods of payments do CIM accept?
All major credit cards, cheques, direct debits, postal orders made payable to CIM Holdings Limited are accepted.

What are Student Chapters?
These are student run Marketing Groups which are held within Universities, for Undergradaute and Postgraduate students at a participating University.
Training
As a member, do I receive any discounts on courses?
Yes, members who book onto our courses will receive a 10% discount on all non-qualification courses.
How do I book a course?

What is Blended Learning?
Blended learning is a combination or face to face workshops, online modules and assignments.
What is Online Learning?
Online learning is conducting a training programme over the Internet.

Where do you hold your training courses?
There are several locations where our training courses are held. One-Day Workshops are held at London, Birmingham and Manchester and our 2/3/5 day residential courses are held at Moor Hall.
