Students become brand managers

There are plenty of freebies to be had at university, and, more often than not, the people giving them away are usually students themselves. They work for companies, raising awareness of a brand around the campus. David Thorp of The Chartered Institute of Marketing says “Such roles give you a taste of what being a brand manager involves and an insight into the issues you will face if you decide you want to pursue a career in marketing.”
