Colin has been a member of The Institute since 1992 and has held Chartered Marketer status annually since the award was introduced. He has been Chair of the The Institute’s Greater London Region, is currently Chair of the Membership Group and a member of the Senate. He is a Chief Examiner in Marketing for the The Institute, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and the ifs School of Finance.
During a 30 year career in financial services, Colin has held senior marketing positions with NatWest and RBS, most recently as the Marketing Director for RBS’ UK Corporate Banking division. He is now a self-employed consultant in marketing, education and training.
Colin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. In addition to his Fellowship, he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors and the Chartered Institute of Bankers (now known as the ifs School of Finance).
Colin’s outside interests mainly revolve around sport; watching football and cricket, and playing golf. He undertakes voluntary charity work when he can, in particular supporting disability sports. He also enjoys travel, both around the UK and overseas.
