This workshop will introduce you to the essential financial concepts and show you how they affect marketing and sales; it will explain the conventions, the terminology, and the procedures. It will help you to assess the financial strength of customers and competitors, and see how your own activities affect your organisation’s performance.
Your attendance at this workshop will assist your organisation in gaining a greater understanding of the content and applications of budgets, monthly and annual financial reports, through more effective management.
You will become more confident in the use of financial reports and more effective as a manager through being able to use management and financial accounts. You will also be able to understand the concepts and terminology of finance and will be able work more effectively with your accountants.
