This workshop will give you the skills to confidently seek and respond to competitive tenders of all types, from a simple two page quotation, to a tender issued under European Union guidelines, and the e-sourcing process.
To provide you and your organisation with the skills necessary to identify competitive tendering opportunities and respond effectively to win business profitably.
You will be able to determine the different categories and contexts of tenders and invitations, by identifying critical success factors and benefits available to make a persuasive response. You will develop your creative presentation skills as well as creating a project team briefing strategy to ensure that you are using all your resources effectively.

Determine the different categories of tender and how to respond – the commercial context procurement
