Surveys

Marketing Rewards

Marketing Rewards is a comprehensive survey of pay and benefits trends in the UK marketing industry. It’s published annually by leading pay and benefits consultancy Croner on behalf of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Members are asked to supply salary and benefits information, which is then analysed by company size, age, business sector and region. There is also a unique opinion survey covering motivation, job security and satisfaction.

The survey is a useful tool to benchmark a particular role for an appraisal or job interview, or for wider job evaluation purposes.
