Digital is a word that has become a catchphrase for everything online but that masks the creativity, intelligence and customer experience challenges that all firms face.
It doesn’t matter what size you are, nor what resources, but it’s how you connect.
At the Kent Business School academics and university students will gather with business leaders, from all sizes of enterprise, to find out who leads the field in connectivity excellence. Guest speakers will present on how smart thinking can transform customer relationships via digital.
Buzz words will abound, automation, big data, internet of things, content, customisation, real-time, omni-channel, customer experience, digital media channels and analytics, but the focus is on how real conversations with customers spark results based on intelligent use of data.
This event serves to illustrate and show connectivity in practice with lively presentations, from an exciting panel of four speakers, to foster collaboration between academics, students and businesses across the South East of England.
