Richard Kenyon FCIM, Director of Marketing and Communications at Everton Football Club, will give an insight into the work his team are doing on customer engagement, working with the fans and developing activities outside of the 90 minute game. This will cover strategy to tactics, including social media, and he will bring his presentation to life using real fan examples. Richard presented at the CIM Northern Conference in 2014 to rave reviews so we are sure this event will be popular, therefore please make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
