PDR invite you to hear how a product company and service design consultancy view the future of strategic marketing. As the product development and service innovation pipeline merges we discuss what this means for marketers.
We will explore:
• Should product companies be using service design? What are the benefits of service innovation to product businesses?
• What are the limitations and what to look out for?
• Are product companies dead?
The event is aimed at senior marketers from product or service businesses that are looking for inspiration and practical examples for how other organisations are tackling this issue.
