Daniel Apparicio, will begin the session with a look at the importance of marketing planning at an operational and strategic level. Delegates will use the SOSTAC marketing model to provide structure to their plans and will discuss internal and external communications as a basis for effective planning.
Followed by, digital strategy consultant Alistair Wilson will assess the biggest risk to your marketing budget: waste. Delegates will consider the issues of inadequate analysis and feedback and also look at how to improve the decision making process.
Finally, Renee Lee-Brown and Daniel Apparicio will look at planning for change and change management. This will be an interactive session where delegates will network and help each other find solutions to the planning problems.
So whether you are looking to refine your existing marketing plan, or you simply don’t know where to start with writing one, this Marketing matters workshop will give you all of the tools necessary to excel in marketing planning.

An experienced marketing practitioner, Renee has over 10 years’ experience of managing marketing campaigns in industry. In the last 8 years, Renee has helped manage the highly successful CIM programme at Loughborough College.
