    An idea that was conceived in Wetherby, named in San Francisco and born in York - this is the story of a brand with an ethos for leading a healthy, balanced life.   

    Adele Ashley, Founder and Director of Filmore & Union, will share her journey from Wellness Clinic owner to founding the healthy eating brand and experiences of opening her first restaurant in 2012.
    This will cover how the Filmore & Union marketing reflects their ethos and principles, how the brand has grown in the fast-moving world of the foodie business, some of the strategies deployed and how they have adapted their marketing mix to ensure the business stays ahead.

    With more than eight branches across Yorkshire, Filmore & Union have gone from strength to strength.

    Adele will also look at the market and consumer trends that Filmore & Union see shaping the UK healthy food market, and how this will impact upon their future marketing mix.
