To successfully shape the organization’s agenda and make a positive impact, marketers must be confident to clearly communicate their ideas, present their marketing strategies, manage suppliers and influence stakeholders across all levels.

In addition, research has proven that people with high levels of self-confidence performed better in their job, experience more work satisfaction and higher salaries.

In this session, Pamella Barotti will share practical tips, techniques and exercises based on the latest scientific research, body language and coaching techniques to help you to boost your confidence and empower you to make a positive impact in your personal and professional life.

Speaker: Pamella Barotti - Marketing Consultant, Coach and Speaker.

Pamella is a strategic marketing practitioner with over 12 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing and a strong academic background. She has delivered marketing initiatives across EMEA and LATAM, which raised brand awareness and supported multi-million dollar revenue goals.

Throughout her career, Pamella ran successful campaigns and programs for/with global brands including Oracle, VISA, Citibank, Shell and Mitsubishi Motors as well as start-ups and medium-sized companies.

Pamella also holds an Executive Coaching Certificate and a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma. She has delivered informative and inspiring talks and workshops on a series of Business, Marketing and Interpersonal Skills topics and has coached and mentored individuals based in the UK and abroad making a positive impact in their career and personal life.
