The speakers will give top advice about three key topics.
1. London 2012 Olympics and the new rules to prevent ambush marketing.
2. The growing use of online search engines by retailers. The use of competitor names and brands and the law regarding trade mark protection will be explored.
3. Internet, twitter and media vehicles run by UK businesses will have to gain consent to store information via cookies on users' computers. Companies will need to explain how consumer data will be used.
