The Government is overhauling the way the NHS in England works. Under one of the most radical plans in the history of the health service, GPs and other clinicians will be given much more responsibility for spending their budgets, while greater competition in the private sector will be encouraged. This will mean huge changes and transition for all employees in the current Primary Care Trusts.
Speaker: Joanne Brandon, Programme Director for communications across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire will talk about how this has affected external communications campaigns as well as the significant change communications required for employees and staff moving from three organisations into twelve.
