Description:
You've done all the hard work, right? Found a problem, built a solution, developed your positioning and collateral, trained the internal teams.
Next comes the easy bit: the product launch. Then KABOOM! The launch is a terrible failure, and fingers are pointed every which way.
How can you avoid this? What are the tell-tale signs that your launch is in trouble? What constitutes best practice in modern product management?
A panel of practitioners from CIM Cambridgeshire and Cambridge Product Management Network will compare best practice, share war stories and lessons learnt in product management and marketing.
Panelist will include: Richard Brierton, senior lead EMEA marketing, Autonomy; Arthur Meadows, formerly director of product releases, ADP Dealer Services; Colin Mills, product marketing director, Domino UK; David Newble, CEO, TAP Biosystems. The panel will be chaired by Tony Wilson, independent coach and consultant.
This event is open to all, and will be of interest to marketers involved in any way with launching new products and services.
A joint event with Cambridge Product Management Network.
Registration is from 18:45; the event starts at 19:00 and finishes at 21:00. This is a CPD category 10 event.
