Paul has a wealth of international product planning and brand communication experience and recently assumed responsibility for BMW Product Planning, Strategy, Marketing Communications and Events, including Partnerships and Sponsorships, in the UK.
Prior to August 2015, Paul lead the Product Planning and Strategy efforts at BMW North America and spent seven years with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, initially as Global Marketing Director in Goodwood and then as President of the company’s North America division.
Paul is a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering who has spent his whole career in the automotive industry and has worked for the BMW Group for almost 20 years.
Jeremy is a strategist and evangelist for Salesforce, the world's fastest growing software company, voted the most innovative company in the world for the last 4 years (Forbes). When he’s not talking about technology, big data or digital marketing at a conference somewhere, you will probably find him racing a bicycle, writing, drinking whiskey or eating a good cheese.
In past lives Jeremy has owned his own agency, written some books and worked for brands such as Nike, MTV, Rovio, Zynga, Dell, BMW and Vodafone. He has worked on strategic accounts with Facebook’s largest ad agency, built one of the UK’s largest social media program for Phones 4u Group and led the social strategy team for Adobe EMEA.
Rob has a wealth of experience in developing and implementing Global brands, and has recently completed a brand refresh of Regus, the Global workspace provider. Rob spent four years as UK Marketing director at Regus, where he was instrumental in growing the business from 65 to over 400 locations.
He started his career in Compass Group, the Global market leader in contract catering, where he spent six years, before joining Big Yellow, the UK's best known storage group. At each stage he has implemented brand re-launches which have achieved double digit growth.
Jez Frampton is the Group Chief Executive at Interbrand. He leads the Interbrand network, shaping strategy and growth for its 40 worldwide offices and enhancing its brand value generating services to a prestigious roster of clients.
Jez was named the global head of Interbrand in early 2006, having previously been the CEO of Interbrand in the United Kingdom. In his fifteen years with Interbrand, Jez has worked alongside clients all across the world, and in virtually every sector, to create and manage brands.
Frequently invited to comment by the BBC, CNN, Fox, CNBC and Bloomberg, on the importance of brands as business assets, Jez has also authored many articles on the subject. Jez is a member of the Marketing Society, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Market Research Society, the Design Business Association and the Institute of Directors.
Prior to Interbrand Jez worked in both the United States and UK for the notable agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and DMB&B.
Previous clients: AT&T, Budweiser, British Airways, the BBC, KPMG, Credit Suisse, Toyota, IBM, McDonald's, Orange, P&G, Diageo, Carlsberg-Tetley, Barclays Bank, Nestle, McLaren Automotive, The Wrigley Company and Virgin.
With a solid background in new business models development and the fast growing companies environment in Paris, Julien co-founded MADE.com together with his business partners Chloé Macintosh and school friend Ning Li. Based in London since the creation of the company in 2010, Julien is originally from Nantes, studied at Ecole HEC PARIS, one of the most prestigious universities in France. Julien oversees sourcing, IT, supply chain, business development and innovation at MADE.COM.
Mario Muttenthaler was appointed as the first Chief Marketing Officer at The Cambridge Satchel Company in June 2014 following the company’s $21m funding from Index Ventures in January 2014.
Mario joined from MRPORTER.COM where as Sales & Marketing Director he was instrumental in the launch and development of the brand. He began his digital career as Online Marketing Manager at lastminute.com before he joined NET-A-PORTER.COM as Marketing Manager.
As Chief Marketing Officer Mario is responsible for brand strategy, PR and customer experience on The Cambridge Satchel website as well as acquiring and retaining customers through on and offline channels.
Rebecca is a skilled, commercial Marketing Director with over 20 years’ marketing experience, 3 of which were at senior level in financial media and magazine publishing and 15 in marketing management within professional services.
Having held the post of Marketing Director at four professional services firms, Rebecca has grown into a specialist in all areas of marketing strategy and management, communications and branding for the sector.
Over the years she has developed significant experience in brand development and in shaping propositions and go to market approaches for both the UK and internationally.
She has managed several major change programmes as a result of mergers/acquisitions, restructures, re-brands and new market entry initiatives.
Mike Ashton is managing director of customer experience specialists ABCG. ABCG help clients in the UK and Europe transform customer experience by building management and front line capability. Mike works with a diverse client roster including Avon, Oracle, RBS, BaxterStorey, Rocco Forte Hotels and Tetra Pak.
Mike’s commercial experience includes senior roles with some of the world’s leading brands including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and hotel giant Hilton International, where he was Senior Vice President, global marketing & brand management and a member of the board.
Mike is non executive director and a trustee of UK charity Revitalise and between 20012 – 2014 was strategic advisor to the Welsh Government on brand strategy, inward investment and tourism.
Mike’s diverse experience and energetic presentation style have made him a popular keynote speaker and chairman at conferences in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and the USA.
Based in the UK, Mike is a family man and keen musician, playing drums with Beatles tribute band, The Dung Beatles. Mike has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Steve is the Head of External Affairs for CIM and a keen advocate for CIM's unique role in developing the profession to benefit the economy and society.
Steve ran his own consultancy business before joining CIM and has a background in the civil service. Steve enjoyed a successful career as a strategist/policy maker and legislative project manager, with roles typically focused on innovation and change. He has led teams of specialists to deliver complex strategic projects in areas where effective engagement and customer insight was key to success.
Jens has spent 20 years in branding, brand management and brand technology. He began his early career working at branding agencies Brand Union and Michael Peters Associates, before he left in the late ‘90s to found Brandworkz.
