Mariette built her marketing career in the B2B space, including a start-up incubator at Imperial College and manufacturing.
She now heads up marketing at FairFX, a foreign exchange technology business, competing in the UK fintech space in consumer as well as business markets. After taking a leap a year ago to implement Agile methodology for her marketing team to better sync with their development teams, she has lived to tell the tale and is now a complete Agile convert.

Steve Forde has nearly 20 years of digital marketing and product experience. He has spent the majority of that working for the UK’s leading broadcasters. Steve joined ITV in 2015 having spent a decade at Channel 4 where he headed up the marketing for 4oD and the award winning viewer data strategy.
Steve joined ITV to launch the ITV Hub, which has had a 43% increase in viewing in it’s first year. As the Director of Product and Online Marketing, Steve is responsible for the ITV Hub’s product and viewer strategy. Kevin started his marketing life providing the winning idea (Winston the Churchill Bulldog). Shortly after Kevin became a very successful DJ/Music producer and produced 170 productions to date and sold over 20 million records for acts such as Usher, Britney Spears, Lionel Richie, Phil Collins and Beyonce. Kevin was awarded producer of the decade by radio 1. in 2008 Kevin moved into professional services for 5 years before becoming CIM chartered and then a Fellow. Kevin then ran a multi-million pound start up, a top 5 creative agency and now heads up the global expansion of music and entertainment for UNILAD - the biggest video publisher in the world. Kevin is also a marketing advisor to 10 Downing street and has recently received an official commendation/award for his marketing services to HM Gov for the new brand, ANTENNA.

Andrew Wise is head of customer success Europe at Act-On Software. He provides leadership and management oversight of the European Customer Success (CS) team. He has established effective hiring, onboarding, training and development of Customer Success Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience to their clients.
Having been employee number 1 in the UK, Andrew has helped grow the EMEA team to 30 people since joining Act-On in July 2013. As a result, the EMEA team has seen revenue growth of 1300% in the last three years. He had started off his digital career client side in 2010 and specialised in website visitor tracking and marketing automation. He has worked both in sales and post sales (customer success).
Recently appointed Associate Director of Marketing at CIM, Gemma joined the organisation in 2015 where she created and managed the product department team which has changed the way in which CIM builds its propositions.
Gemma has over 18 years’ experience working in various product development and marketing roles. She spent 14 years working in the corporate world at Xerox and Sony managing a broad and complex range of global category and product portfolios.
