Identifying the touch points on a customer journey is one thing, but understanding how to deliver a great customer experience at each touch point is quite another.

This enlightening session will uncover some of the potential pitfalls marketers make when trying to be customer focused. By understanding how to analyse and interpret customer touch points and marketing information, it is possible to develop an outstanding customer experience which is also profitable for your company.

Using a case study where for one tenth of the usual investment in a store refit, a major high street retailer saw a seven percent increase in sales at a time when sales at their other outlets remained static, Di Tunney from The Best Organisation will demonstrate how this is possible. This interactive session will show how through the use of leading edge research techniques, that don't just focus on the customer but reveal 'what the customer is focusing on', journey enhancements can be made at key points of leverage, that will have a direct effect on the bottom line.
