Marketing manager
Description
Responsible for the strategic direction of all marketing activity on specific products and services.
Responsibilities

Reports to the Marketing Director/Controller

Ensures that a product or service matches the brand positioning

Identifies target markets and works with the Research teams exploring consumer insights
-
Plans communication strategy and liaises with all members of the campaign team to ensure effective and efficient delivery
-
Analyses the results of all marketing activity and presents findings and recommendations to senior management and product management
-
Builds both own and cross-departmental teams
-
Liaises with external agencies to ensure they have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy
-
A good understanding of the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks
Personal Specification
-
5-7 years experience in marketing or product management
-
Able to think strategically and deliver project goals
-
Ability to work well in multidisciplined/ cross-functional teams
-
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies
-
Strong leadership and influencing skills
