The Chartered Institute of Marketing reserves the right to re-categorise entries. However, they cannot be expected to routinely re-categorise incorrectly entered projects.
Judges’ decisions are final and the Chartered Institute of Marketing will have the final decision resolving any disputes.
Exclusions from entering
The following are not permitted to submit an entry:
• Employees of CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing).
• CIM volunteers serving on the CIM Wales / Cymru Marketing Awards committee or the CIM Wales judging panel.
• CIM suppliers.
• Sponsors or affiliates for a category cannot enter the category that they are sponsoring.
