As the concept of a ‘job for life’ becomes outmoded, so organisations are beginning to evaluate the way they train and develop their employees. More than ever before, there is a need to align learning and training with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Our paper argues that marketers should discover how they learn best and embrace a range of learning experiences that go beyond the traditional classroom style. Placing the individual at the centre of the learning experience has been shown to achieve better results.
