Businesses have a role, more than ever before to act responsibly in all aspects of their operations. How does this impact how marketers operate and what should they consider?

Marketers operating at a senior/chartered level need to be able to navigate and manage their company’s reputational journey and understand all the factors can impact this. Developing and implementing a responsible marketing strategy is increasingly considered to be an emerging core skill.

This highly interactive course will give you practical insights into how to audit your own company’s responsible marketing performance and will introduce tools that you can use to improve it. Examples of companies who have both succeeded and failed to operate responsibly will be used to generate discussion and ideas to help develop good practice.

This workshop is designed for all sectors and marketers with existing strategic responsibility, marketers poised to move into strategic roles and those that want to develop and market their organisation differently.
