James 'Gill' Gill, Head of Content Marketing at award winning digital marketing agency Further will be running this interactive workshop. Gill will help you gain some of the practical knowledge and skills you will need to develop effective content marketing strategies and create compelling content.
This is the third of a series of events being held at the University of East Anglia, Norwich by the newly formed CIM/Norwich Business School (NBS) Marketing Club. The aim of the club is to give practicing marketers an opportunity to take some time-out, challenge thinking, learn new skills and share experiences with the next generation of marketing talent.
Gill made the transition from journalism and the media in London to Content Marketing via contract publishing. He's worked on and offline since 2001 for titles such as NUS Ents, Clickmusic.com, Metal Hammer and Classic Rock. Moving from Future Publishing in London back to a Norwich agency six years ago, Gill has since worked with brands ranging from Rolls-Royce and Harley-Davidson to the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association. At Further, Gill works closely with the Data and Insight Team to create content strategies and campaigns for clients from a broad range of industries.
