    BSI Group, also known as the British Standards Institution, is the national standards body of the United Kingdom.

    Marketing Director, Toni Allen, shares their experiences of how they developed a customer-centric marketing strategy that now envelopes the whole business in their go to market positioning.

    Toni Allen has worked agency and client-side on large multi-faceted global campaigns, including bringing new products to market in new retail categories and strategic innovation in established categories. With experience of categories such as Education, Mental Health, B2B, B2C, IT, FMCG, Tobacco, Arts & Entertainment and charitable sectors, Toni joined BSI two and a half years ago to help them build their customer-centric marketing journey.
