The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is one of the most important pieces of legislation to affect marketers, globally and it comes in to force on the 25 May 2018 - you must be prepared.
We will look specifically at how the new regulations affect the planning and implementation of digital and direct marketing campaigns including data capture, data purchase, data sharing and data security.
We will also look at how to build better opt-in lists for e-mail, SMS and direct mail campaigns, understand the soft opt-in and how B2B differs from B2C.
