There are two crucial aspects of leadership- having a good plan and being able to sell it. “A leader knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.

Whilst management may be said to be achieving results through resources, leadership is achieving results through other people. It is critical to understand organisational culture and power/influence to be truly effective. We will discuss various theories of leadership, establish your own preferred style and equip you to encourage others, increase team performance and enhance individual job satisfaction.

Keith Rowland spent 32 years in sales & marketing in the medical device industry. He is a Chartered Marketer and tutor for the CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing.
