1. The case for stakeholder engagement: Identify what great stakeholder engagement looks like by mapping your own stakeholder system and engagement process

2. Building understanding and insight about your stakeholders: Developing segmentation, characterisation, personas and empathy mapping approaches

3. Changing the conversation: Understand what makes your stakeholders tick and learn how to master effective interpersonal communications

To support the learning experience you will have the opportunity to assess your behavioural preferences and use these insights to understand both yourself and stakeholders in order to modify your communication style and maximise your effectiveness.

Many of Marina’s clients are marketing teams and their agencies – helping them to unlock their performance. She works with clients such as BT, EE, Suzuki, British Cycling, BSUK, Freightliner, Saatchi & Saatchi and Babcock. In her 25+ year career Marina has run culture change programmes, developed behavioural charters across multiple teams and companies, unlocked the thinking styles for customer service leaders, delivered executive coaching leadership programmes, and coached over 100 teams and even more individuals. Marina holds a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change (Distinction), is a professional coach, an Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Practitioner. She is DISC and Hogan Accredited. Dare to Lead Trained and is an APMG Change Management Practitioner.
