One of the biggest challenges that project managers face is managing the quality of the briefing process and from that managing the expectations of key stakeholders. Often stakeholders are more senior than project managers who then find it difficult to extract the information that will help them to execute a project as requested. This leads to project managers carrying the burden for a poorly conceived project with ill-defined budgets, timings and project outcome. This Masterclass focuses on the project management process and the team skills needed to support that. It is therefore designed for experienced project managers without formal project management training, seeking the tools and skills needed to excel.
 
It is recommended that those new to project management would benefit from our one day workshop - ‘Successful Project Management’ and then gain six months experience before taking this course.
