Social Media Benchmark

How are marketers adapting to, investing in and getting value from social media? We joined forces with Bloomberg, Ipsos ASI, Bazaarvoice and GfM to create a rolling, six-monthly study to find out, with the aim of developing the definitive guide to the fast changing role and potential of social media in business.

The approach involved us surveying companies spanning across UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. The companies were all sizes, from independent consultants and SMEs to blue-chip corporate, and the marketers were at all levels, from those in the early stages of their careers to CMOs in major corporates.
