This one-day strategic marketing planning workshop looks at how your business can position itself more competitively in the marketplace by developing and delivering a strategic marketing plan.

During the day you will work through a strategic marketing plan, taking into account:

•Environments we are working in
•Our internal resources and how we use them
•Our product/service portfolio
•Our customers
•The competition
•Our strategic objectives and choices
•Our positioning strategy
•How we manage our offering to exceed customers’ expectations
•Measuring success.

This course is well suited to delegates already in a marketing role with a good knowledge of the business they are working in. It is an ideal preparation day for anyone considering moving on to the Level 6 CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing.
