    The CIM Higher Education Group are delighted to host this masterclass for HE Marketing and Recruitment professionals. This masterclass will showcase successful recruitment models and best practice for HE professionals responsible for successfully recruiting international students.

    Speakers include:
    Jessica Winters, Head of Recruitment at Utrecht University. Jessica sits on the EAIE Marketing and Recruitment Expert Community Steering group and is a board member of the Dutch HE network for International Marketing. International student numbers in the Netherlands have doubled in the last 10 years and Jessica will share her thoughts on what has contributed to this success.

    Tatyana Yekimova, Head of International Relations at the Royal Northern College of Music. Tatyana will present a Case Study of RNCM's 'Reading to the world' project – Winner of the outstanding international student strategy THE Award.

    Martyn Edwards, Head of Marketing Communications & Business Development UK & US - IDP Education will talk about International Recruitment - an agent's perspective. Martyn works closely with IDP clients both in the UK and US in order to help successfully market themselves to the IDP network across more than 30 countries. He also leads on IDP's stakeholder engagement strategy for the UK. Prior to joining IDP Martyn has held a number of leadership roles, more recently at the British Council, The University of Nottingham and Loughborough University. He graduated with an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cardiff University.

    Stephen Thompson-Interim Deputy Director of Corporate Communications. Stephen leads a team of digital specialists to develop and deliver a digital strategy that includes upgrading the website, increasing online engagement and enhancing the university reputation. Stephen will discuss the exciting challenges in the ever- evolving digital landscape and how they can be turned into an advantage and explain how the “We Are International campaign was created and implemented”
