Led by PepsiCo, Senior Director of Transformational Innovation (Global Snacks), Ciara Dilley, and facilitated by CIM Fellow, Stephen Allen, this seminar is focused on leaders, decision makers, Fellows and Chartered Marketers who have an interest in bringing an innovation mindset to how they run their business.
Ciara is responsible for change in the Global Snacks Group and works in PepsiCo's global headquarters in Purchase, New York. The session will share Ciara's journey as a marketing and innovation leader in how we can bring about change through our approach to innovation and culture. She'll explore the challenges both large and small organisations face and how we can learn from today's highly entrepreneurial environment in which we all compete. It will also consider the importance of cultural and behavioural change in driving transformational business results.
This informal session, hosted by Invest NI, is an open discussion, which will seek to capture and share lessons learned across all sectors in making changes and new business opportunities happen.
