Annual National Conference 2009
29 September 2009 - Grange St Paul’s Hotel, 10 Godliman Street, London, EC4V 5BD
Marketing adaptability - survival of the fittest
With the recession expected to run into 2010, businesses will see not only their customers change but the markets in which they operate too. By analysing, anticipating and addressing these changes, marketers can ensure they respond appropriately.

-
Marketing strategy – gain competitive advantage by knowing your markets and customers

Customer Relationship Management – build customer loyalty by adding real value
