It covers three key areas: the first is developing the skills to apply research methods required for organic and paid search, including keyword research; the second area develops knowledge about how paid search activities can be managed, while the third key area covers how a website can be successfully optimised for organic search.
The CIM Specialist Award in Content Strategy develops knowledge and skills to enable a strategic approach to content planning and creation. It covers three areas: the first area develops skills to create a targeted content strategy to deliver organisational objectives, the second area covers how content can be successfully planned and distributed; and the third area develops skills to create effective copy for a variety of target audiences.
The CIM Specialist Award in AI Marketing develops the knowledge on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and to develop skills to enable a strategic approach to its use in marketing. It covers three key areas: the first area develops knowledge in the application of AI within marketing, including key concepts and benefits, the second are covers the impact of AI within the wider organisational environment and ethical considerations; the final area explores how to create an effective plan to respond to AI developments.
The CIM Specialist Award in Social Media Management covers the strategic management of social media. It covers three key areas: the first area develops the necessary knowledge and skills to create an integrated social media strategy, the second area develops skills in effective social media management; and the third area covers application of measures and tools to assess performance of social media activities.
The CIM Specialist Award in Ecommerce develops the skills and knowledge to enable strategic decision-making for ecommerce. It covers three key areas: the first area develops skills for the preparation of a business case for an ecommerce proposition, the second area covers best practice in ecommerce to enable a successful website; the final area develops skills in building an effective inbound marketing strategy to support ecommerce.
Delivery & Assessment
This is a Virtual course designed to run over 6 week period, consisting of 1 virtual workshop and 1 pre-recorded Live Assessment Tutorial. We would advise you to allow 10-15 hours of study per week for additional online study, reading and assessment preparation.
The CIM Level 6 Specialist Awards are assessed via onscreen Multiple Choice Test (MCT). The MCT will utilise a variety of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Types allowing for the assessment of higher order thinking and different levels of cognitive demand.

The cost of a CIM Specialist Award is £685.00*, this includes your tuition, CIM's Registration fee, plus CIM Affiliate Studying membership.
