In this age, we all know that digital is not optional. A company’s online strategy can be the difference between success or failure, so whether it’s social media, blogging, video or SEO, it’s crucial for businesses to maximise their online presence.
At this event, we'll bring together experts from the creative sector including Lee Holdsworth, founder of WhiteNoise Media Ltd, Account Director Caroline Gibson and Account Manager Christy Milmine from Refresh PR, and Julaine Speight, Co-founder of JAW Digital to talk about some of the latest trends in social media marketing and how you can utilise these effectively to improve business performance.
More information on our speakers can be found in the attached document.
The session will focus on the following:
• Micro-influencers: Bigger isn’t always better when it comes to influencer engagement. With loyal fans who trust their recommendations, micro-influencers can be a valuable asset and secret weapon for brands of all sizes. This session will discuss how businesses can embrace micro-influencers to boost awareness and inspire more online viewers to become customers
• Facebook: It’s not uncommon for marketers to assume that Facebook is only for B2C brands but following that theory will only make it harder for your business to grow. This session will offer insight into the correct way to approach B2B marketing on Facebook, along with the foundations of a meticulous social strategy
• Video: Marketing is no longer about the stuff that you make, but about the stories you tell. Because if this, over recent years, video has emerged as the marketing tool of choice for peer-to-peer content sharing and broadcast media, as well as B2B and B2C communications. This session will discuss the importance and role of video in marketing and offer advice on effective video creation and deployment
Those who will benefit from attending include B2B and B2C in-house marketing managers who want to understand the latest social media updates and how these can benefit their business.
