28th May 2025: The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is returning to the Imperial War Museum in Duxford next month for its East of England Digital Marketing Conference.
Now in its 17th year, the event will focus on CIM’s ‘digital agility’ strand, with attendees having the opportunity to hear from some inspiring, senior marketing leaders who will discuss the latest trends in digital marketing, share tips and promote best practice.
Speakers include: Tristan Veale (Insight Manager at IAB), Ben Wood (Performance Director, Hallam), Babita Devi (Chief Commercial Officer, 1956 Individuals) and Richard Kendrick (Managing Director, Arboreal Marketing), who will provide fascinating insights on digital advertising, authenticity in an AI world, AI powered avatars and B2B marketing.
Claire Holmes (Founder, whole.hearted) and Ann Stanley (Founder, Anicca Digital) will also deliver insights on AI adoption, whilst CIM course director and Customer Insights expert Katie Hart will host a session on how digital marketers can use neuroscience to enhance their organisation’s performance.
Speaking ahead of the event, Nicki Ramsbottom, East of England Community Chair said: “We are dedicated to promoting best practice in marketing and this event, which covers so many critical topics, will help us in that quest.
“We all know that marketers need to stay ahead of the curve to compete in a constantly evolving sector. We’ve assembled fascinating industry experts to brief our audience on the latest trends and future opportunities, featuring topics such as AI, Neuro-marketing, emotive-led creativity, customer journey mapping and digital insights.
“Future-proofing marketers is vital for the long-term success of the sector. This event is not to be missed for marketing professionals who are keen to add to their personal toolkit for the future and to network with industry peers.”
With CIM having exclusive use of the venue's conference facilities, there will be networking opportunities for attendees, starting at 8:30am when registration begins, before the five-hour event kicks off at 9:30am. Lunch and refreshments will also be provided on the day.
