    The Event Design and Management course explores the planning, negotiation, management, logistics, and the psychology of events. It covers how to deal with internal and external stakeholders, implement effective event delivery and establishing ROI. It will also address areas that are becoming increasingly important, including legal compliance, sustainability, and accessibility.

    The course also covers the elements of creating and delivering effective and profitable online events. This includes looking at the technology, the management, and the new skills required to deliver events to a ‘virtual’ audience, as well as addressing the new world of ‘hybrid’ events.

    Richard is a management consultant, industry trainer & speaker and event journalist, with nearly 3 decades of sales, marketing, and management experience, working with a host of international organisations. Since 1996 he has been a Course Director for the prestigious Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a guest lecturer at universities in the UK and Europe. Richard is a sought-after coach and mentor for start-ups within the sponsorship and events industry.
