You will receive a confirmation to your email address.  If you require a receipt or invoice in addition, please email [email protected] and we will be able to send it through to you.

Our courses start at 9.30am UK time and will finish between 4.30pm and 5.00pm UK time.

The course will take place at a central location.  The exact venue will be confirmed in the joining instructions, two weeks in advance of the course date.

Our courses are run on Zoom. You will be sent the link in your joining instructions.

For our one or two day training courses, you will receive your joining instructions at least one week in advance of the course date.  They will include the Zoom link and your login details to the Learning Portal. Here you will be able to access your course slides and any prework.
 
For e-learning courses, you will be sent your joining instructions within one working day.
