Overview

Consumer behaviour is changing fast - powered by AI, new platforms and rising expectations of personalised, seamless experiences. This CIM Scotland event brings together 3 short, high-impact talks and a panel Q&A  to explore how marketers can keep their brands relevant by combining creativity, culture and customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Why attend?

  • Understand how AI and large language models are reshaping travel and hospitality discovery, and what this means for your marketing mix
  • Learn practical approaches to omnichannel experience design, aligning digital journeys with real-world moments that build loyalty
  • Explore what "memorable customer experience" looks like in 2026, including personalisation, service and brand ethics
  • Take away ideas for content and storytelling that cuts through - from short-form video to community-led growth and cultural relevance
  • Ask your own questions, with valuable insight to take back into your role

This session is ideal for marketing managers and executives, brand and communication leads, customer experience professionals and anyone working in travel, hospitality, tourism, retail or service brands who want fresh thinking on staying relevant as channels and customer expectations evolve. You can expect practical insights, real examples and plenty of time for discussion and networking.
