    Designed to provide you with an understanding of the key concepts and terminology needed to build knowledge and understanding of how marketing works, how customers behave and how the marketing mix can be applied.

    Insight into how and why customers are key to matching marketing activities to meet customer needs. Gaining understanding of concepts, techniques and applications within marketing research and customer insights is key, alongside how social, cultural and technological differences influence behaviour.

    Communicating and informing your customers is a key aspect of building a relationship. This module introduces the types of content marketers can create, as well as the channels that can be used to reach key target audiences.

    Do I qualify?

    You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge of marketing to get started with either the Foundation Certificate in Professional and Digital Marketing or the Extended Foundation Certificate in Professional and Digital Marketing.

    If English is not your first language, you’ll need to provide evidence of your English proficiency achieved within the last two years. We accept the following qualifications:

    • IELTS Academic Module: Overall score of 6.5, with each component at least 6.0.
    • Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English: Grade B or above.
