ED&I - What do we Want and What are Brands Doing? **POSTPONED TO 04 OCTOBER**

Join us from three locations across the South West and Channel Islands to hear from experts on the hot topic of ED&I. The event will be held simultaneously in Bristol, Jersey and Guernsey where you’ll hear from three industry experts. Claire Kemsley will be joining us in person at Bristol, Steve Cornick will be in Jersey and Jo Osborne will be live in Guernsey. They’ll be presenting live and in person at their designated venues, with the other presentations streamed live, so you won't miss out on any of the action.

Claire Kemsley, Managing Director UK&I at Hays Recruitment - Claire has over 30 years professional recruitment experience, with specific expertise in the marketing profession. She is equipped with various insights from her many years’ experience, regularly stays up to date with the latest marketing trends and encourages lifelong learning. She enjoys sharing her industry knowledge by chairing roundtable events, delivering presentations at universities, and creating interactive learning sessions for a wide variety of marketing professionals. Claire will set the scene with hard data around insights from marketers in the employment market.

Steve Cornick, Founder of Brand Spark Academy - Steve is a highly accomplished corporate B2B marketing, brand management, and development expert with over two decades of experience. Throughout his career, Steve has successfully led several global rebrands and delivered M&A integration programs for brand and marketing. Steve will discuss how a wellbeing strategy should be an effective and critical part of an employer brand.

Jo Osborne, Senior Project Manager for Homelessness at Specsavers - Jo is the Senior Project Manager for the Specsavers Homelessness charity initiative. Taking on this newly created role in March 2023, to strengthen the incredible work Specsavers do in communities across the UK as part of the community sustainability tactic and marketing plan, Jo is passionate about our ability to be a force for good. Jo will round off the session by telling us what Specsavers are doing and the importance of ED&I.
