    1:00 PM - Webinar Express

Branding is complex and yields both challenges and opportunities. One such challenge is how older established brands can stay relevant, in a constantly changing landscape and diversify for new audiences. One ally in providing a solution to this can be found in the recent explosion of digital tools.

Join us to hear Joanne Wiggan, Director of Digital Experience at The Royal Mint dive into these topics and share:

Real-life examples of legacy brands and the need to diversify to remain relevant and also attract new target audience. Case studies from Gleneagles, Ribble and Volvo
Personal experiences on how to leverage digital tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences that increase brand engagement
