Join CIM Surrey to hear from two inspirational speakers on how you can really understand your customers’ true voice and turn them into brand fans - even the disgruntled ones!
Chloe Woolger, Marketing Director from leading voice of the customer agency Watermelon, will discuss how voice of the customer programmes work and how self-complete tools have changed the way you gather customer data. Chloe has been working within marketing insight for the past 7 years, helping brands to understand their customers and improve that all important customer experience, working with a range of clients across financial services, travel & tourism and retail.
Chris Burton has been creating and taking brands to their next level for over 20 years. He's worked with a wide variety of businesses and brands, from the likes of Andrex, Glade, Toilet Duck, Upper Crust and Early Learning Centre to a variety of small businesses trading in different markets. During this session Chris will explain how brand fans are created, giving you key tips to takeaway and implement in your business.
