September 11, 2018
6:00 PM - London
Whether it’s resolving a contractual dispute, a difference of opinion, or running a disciplinary meeting, there are many “difficult” conversations being had in the workplace. One of the reasons these conversations can be confrontational is their potential to go horribly wrong.
Knowing the right tools and techniques to make a positive “impact” in these situations, will be the focus of this Soft Skills Series 2 workshop on 11 September.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to connect, share ideas and start building relationships that can enhance their performance and career during the pre and post-event networking sessions. Refreshments and a light finger buffet are included in the cost.
CIM members registered for the mentoring programme will pay only £20. To obtain this 20% discount please book by calling our Network Support team on +44(0) 1628 427340.
